Now that he is able to walk, he can do what he likes and we can temporary focus more on the things we have on hand. But of course, we still need our break as well.
So we played mahjong with him almost every weekend to keep him occupied also. It is also our way of spending time with him. He is really like the god of gambler. He wins almost all the times, with the variation of the amount of winnings.
Not all the times we have 4 persons to start the game, sometimes we do with 3. Game of 3 is faster and able to 做牌 also. But we know it is probably not as shiok as 4 persons mahjong but we did what we can.
We also brought him out as and when we can and able to afford. On 29 December 2011, we brought him to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) for a lunch buffet. He was eating throughout our lunch there. Of course he couldnt eat as much as us, but he took the same amount of time as us eating. So his appetitie was quite good actually.
We were out for fishhead steamboat at Lavender Street there also for twice, also went to a chinese restaurant at city square mall for 'lao hei'. Over there, we each had a small buddha jump over the wall which was very nice. The yusheng was not bad too. That was also when we discovered there is a free shuttle bus from balestier road to city square mall! We took the free shuttle bus there and back home which was really enjoyable. Its like we saved the transportation fee for so many of us. :D
He was excited about it too as he asked and confirmed the timing of the shuttle bus operating timings. Hehe. He thought we don't know what went through his mind. Haha.
After his discharge from the hospital, he was seeing a chinese physician near grange road there, and the medicine given by this chinese medicine caused him to be hungry all the times. We really witnessed this as after lunch for about 1 to 2 hours, he was hungry already and we were not. This is good in fact.
